Ron is great to work with. He was very clear with us about the problem with our car, and we appreciate how we aren't nickel and dimed for anything. I am satisfied with Yonic's customer service. I did mention to him that my car is experiencing an issue that was supposedly corrected back in March, but is causing problems once again ( body creaking noises when car is turning). I will need to bring the car back in again to address the issue.
