Alec was nice to get us an appointment same day.
He said that he called me to give me an update but I didn’t get a call from him nor did he leave a voicemail or text after we dropped the car off. When we checked out he did not include our coupon discount. I had to remind the teller and she had to do the paperwork over again causing us to wait 5-10 minutes more before we could pay.
If we would have received the phone call and our discount that we made him aware of beforehand was included it would have been a better experience.
The cost to replace the brake pads were high but that would be expected from a dealership.

Although the staff was polite and kind on the phone, I had a huge issue with them following through. Alec stated that he would return phone calls regarding service updates but he never did. When he was on a day off he told me a different person would and they didn’t. Messages were left by me with several service techs over the course of 2 months and i would receive no call back or follow through. The repairs were not completed in the promised time frame of 5 days and I received no call to update me on the need for more time. The repairs were completed and i am satisfied with the work. The employees are pleasant and but not respectful of others time and patience. I would not return to honda of corona for future service or purchases due to the lack of follow through of the service team.
