Thank you for your service. But honestly it was not great. The job was done poorly. One of the covers for the sides airbag opening, close to the door is now on loosely and the other wasn’t even on. I wasn’t told where to or how to put it on and when I did put it on I did just as good as the person who worked on my car. Also one of the plastic covers for the bottom of the driver seat is broken. My seat was not like that. If someone can please contact me to replace that part that be greats I’ve already called and left a VM and have not been contacted. Please call me at your earliest convenience.

Gilbert was great at assisting me as soon as I got there. He was warm and friendly. He was the first to tell me about some extra work I needed done on my Honda Accord. I got the car 2 years ago and no other service advisor had mentioned I needed transmission fluid done which was not included in my maintenance package. This entire time I thought my vehicle was 100%. Had I received the same courtesy I got from Gilbert today in letting me know that wasn’t included I could have taken care of it from the start. As much as I felt annoyed with my other visits I was appreciative of him for not letting me continue on thinking my car was serviced 100% in all reality it was not.
