Horrible experience...long story short, brought my car in for a simple
service about a month ago. Made 4 trips back, paid over $1,200 and was
made late to work TWICE. When I got home my key would not open the trunk
or alert me the car was locked anymore as it had done previously.
I could not bear going back for a 5th time for the same repair I was
told would only take two trips to remedy. I falsely believed Honda of
Corona would simply put the key right upon coming back for my next service.
Colossal mistake.
Today I was quoted over $750 to make the key work again.
As God as my witness you will NEVER SEE ME again. I've been that 'lay
down' customer that always agreed to whatever repair your service
technicians suggested in the past but no more. I've spent 10s of 1000s
of dollars at your wretched business over the last decade and today was
quoted another $489 for the installation of a new Spool Valve Assembly.
I have a quote of $225 to do the job complete from a reputable mechanic.
Needless to say I wince now when I think of all the wasted money I've
spent at Honda of Corona over the years. Thanks the Lord it's over.

Although I had never dealt with Gilbert in the past and was used to the 100% customer service from Patrick, he did make it right by consulting Don on how to help me with my concern. However, when I spoke to Art this morning, he did not seem to know anything about my arrangement with Gilbert. No biggie as he confirmed with Don, but would have been nice if notes would have been made to the ticket. I’m always please with all the service folks and especially with Don and that is why I keep bringing my cars in (all 3 of them). Thanks and see you soon for the repairs to my CRV.
