Yonic Bello was an amazing customer service specialist! I was extremely frustrated with my car emergency which resulted in an electrical issue. Yonic took the time to research the problem and research my warranty. He also kept me up to date on the status of my car repair. The was extremely important to me since the problem occurred on my way to the airport. I left my car to be serviced at Honda Cars of Corona while I am away on a business trip.
