My car would not start about 1/2 of the time.... your service advisor was very nice but the end result is that I left w/o the peace of mind that it won’t happen again.
It seems that the battery is the issue and that is charging... you installed a new battery under warranty at 33000 miles and no warranty at this point. If this continues I will have to contact American Honda for a resolution. Thanks.
