Frank has no patience in explaining things. I’m sorry but zero customer service. Honda specifically Odyssey’s common problem is the rotor. We have lots of friends and family who own one that has the same problem. Hopes this is something a Honda can improve. But I unfortunately when you explain it to the guys like Frank they sound surprisingly. Review our history even before our Van is less than 2 yrs it already had that problem. Our diagnostic from today’s service for the break pads are in green but Frank was suggesting to change it anyways to fix the rotor? And added it will only fix the problem for couple months coz I have a problem on how I use my breaks. So sad

Franco Segura was an incredible help! Spoke with him on the phone briefly before arriving about my concerns, and he was very polite, greeted me when i arrived and took care of me right away getting my System Update started. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me an accurate wait time. Franco offered to get me a Shuttle ride in the mean time. When my system update was complete he gave me the info i needed and asked is i had any questions. Overall an amazing experience when him. 10/10 would highly recommend others to come see him for any service issues.
