I am so grateful for Ronald Spero and the technician that worked on my Honda Odyssey. It had a mystery problem and after 2 incorrect diagnoses I brought it here at the recommendation of my Honda specialist mechanic. I passed 3 dealers on the way there and I am glad I did. When I need a new Honda or service this is the first place I will go to for anything more than an oil change. I will post a similar review on yelp and google. Honesty will pay dividends in the end. Today was the quickest oil change I have ever had at Corona Honda. It was a very pleasant surprise. Franco Frausto was extremely professional and pleasant to talk with. I felt very comfortable with him. A very good experience today.

I would like call from manager of service reps. Rep Fausto lack giving correct info. Had appt req ride, no ride was avail had to pay for uber, asked him to check battery he offered to call me if nothing was wrong with battery that they can do a diagnostic to car to check other things for a price. He left message but didnt give info attempted to call him back never answered. Called main # where another tech had to give him call to answer. He had no info had to put me on hold to go get info from papers.. when I asked him about diagnostic tests he talked about.he then tells me they bv woukd have to keep car 1-2 days which he never mentioned or sound like he was giving me that option. I reminded him he said they can come pick me up to get car. Then says they dint picj up after 6pm. Again fail to say that. He was able to work it out I got ride to Honda with shuttle...but still boy sure why my car wouldn't start- he told me to video if it happens again.I'm also convinced it was him that told me last wed that I could come to get oil change as long as I was there by 540. I arrived 525 waited outside for a rep and nothing 3 were there at computers I walked in to ask if they can check me in... was told it was too late. I didnt get him name on call but his voice was similar and he was there and walked away when I told them I just called and was told I could come in at this time for oil change. I was turned away and time wasted going in then.. I usually don't have any issues there but now there is alot of new techs that may need more training in giving info and customer service. I ne Eric want to be with this tech again & will ask for a different one if he comes my way.please confirm this message was received by manager. Cell ****-****-xxxx

Been servicing my cars here for over 20 years. For a newbie he is a refreshing change. The last few times I've been in the service dept has been stressed out. Today Ronnie was personable helpful and attentive. I hope he stays around and the dept continues to improve again.
