Eric was amazing. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get my cars oil changed today because I was on a time crunch. Eric assured me that he would make sure my car was ready and I wouldn’t be late. He promised me my car by 10:30 but my car was ready in about 40 minutes and I was able to leave by 9:50. Eric was the best person I have worked with at the Corona location.

Was not Frank's fault. He said my car hubcap on the rear driver side wheel were making the squeegee sounds. When the caps were taken off there were no sound while driving according to him. Being a new car... I'm disappointed these sounds are coming from it. My friend believes Honda should have done something to rectify this by changing the rim or adding new hubcap to be quiet like the other 3 wheels. Again not Frank's fault. I've never thought about getting a new car and as my first time.. Very disappointed with Honda cars.
