I don’t know what the point of having an appointment was. Appt was at 12:00. I was told it should be done between 1:30-2:00 and yet 2:30 was typed on the paper. Understandable you were short staffed that day but I would have liked a more honest estimate of the time. Upon finding out I needed a new tire and waiting to get a it changed, the communication was practically non existent. And when I called to say I’d like to pay so I can get out of there ASAP and I’m told “ok I’ll go get it”, I expect to see some action. Then another 30 minutes went by before I had to come find someone. I was dumped in the cashier area and waited again until cashier (not wearing her mask) was ready and when I went to get my car, it was never washed- one of the appeals of bringing it to the dealer. If you’re going to say it wasn’t washed because you made me wait there so long, at least give me the option of getting it washed or not. Not pleased with the overall service experience from that day.
