Although I’m satisfied with services and Art, the wait time was higher than I expected, I was told that it would be about 2 hrs, I waited almost 3 1/2 hrs for an oil change and a recalled issue, it wasn’t like I was a walk in.. I had an appointment .. I’ll let this one time side because I know that we are in a weird time..

They didnt wash the car. It took them about 8 minutes to move cars so about three of us could leave. They use to always wash the cars. The service man was great and very helpful. I'm alittle surprised your people dont help us with finding coupons or discounts you offer.
