Been coming for many year and felt the most recent visit was not handle efficiently. Came in for an oil change and repair to a rear door plastic door seal. When notified car was ready was not told from advisor if door seal was repaired. When asking advisor Franco about door seal he stated he said it could not be repaired and the part was not available and needed to be ordered. To call him the following day to see if the part came in. Afterwards called Honda to see part came in and scheduled an appointment the following week. Luckily another advisor attended me at first and looked up my file and seem nothing was noted and about the door seal which I had come in for the previous week. When advisor asked other advisor why wasn’t written in the visit he did know, he didn’t even know he had an appointment scheduled. Franco Advisor then stated this was a busy time and could take about an hour to install, but reminded advisor about appointment which second visit ended up being approximately 15minutes. However, it was disappointing because it seemed the advisor never really checked on the plastic door seal the first time. In addition, the ordered part for vehicle did not end up being the part that was needed.
