Dear Honda, when you request fore specific work, as little as it be, is that what you want from your workers, because you will pay for it. How can I trust on you if weren’t able to do simple job as check fluids, WASH your car. Change oil,and 10 minutes later you call me saying my car was completed. My first concern I saw was, they didn’t wash my van. How can trust on you with this little thing? Should I trust in a big job? NO. In 10 minutes they were able to finish all the job I mentioned above????? Thanks for let me express my feelings .

Yonic was wonderful. He was polite and courteous. The service ran under the estimated time which was also great as there was no coffee and TV. Your machine was not working and the TV was only showing a commercial over and over as there was no service, which did not make the customer entertainment experience worth the wait as several of us were wondering what was going on. Lol

I was greeted by a male service attendant as I pulled up at the service drive. As I shared with him I was there for a regular maintenance and some other details which I had spoke to Patrick and Travis over the phone, he appeared confused and no longer willing to assist. Instead he went on to go retrieve Patrick. I felt that was not professional since he could have assisted me but chose not to. Otherwise, Patrick was wonderful. Also the gentleman at the parts counter was very helpful with repairing my car key.
