Overall, the actual service to my vehicle provided is top notch. However, today I scheduled an appointment for a change oil/tire rotation which took two hours. I am unsure if the last few times I got my car serviced took that long but today it was more frustrating because I had an obligation at 12PM. I thought scheduling my appointment at 10:15AM would give me enough time. Even when I arrived at 10:00AM it still a long time. I felt like other people who arrived after me got there cars finished before mine.

Jason Torres was great! And my service was completed in a timely manner. I was very happy with all that. However, I was stunned by the lack of adherence to the requirement to wear face masks. Only about half of the employees I encountered in the service and customer waiting areas were wearing masks and, of those, only half were wearing them correctly. As a senior with a compromised immune system, I felt unsafe being there. I sat at a table the furthest from everyone, but employees without masks continuously walked past me. And the cashier had a mask, but it only hung around her neck.

Yes, I was satisfied at this visit with my 2015 Honda service. My car service was done fast in a hour. The service worker was friendly and I was glad he was wearing a mask. In late July I serviced my 2016 Honda and at that time I was disappointed when I seen hardly no masks on employees. This service with my 2015 I seen improvement with mask wearing. I hope that continues during the pandemic because it is a sign that your employees care for your customers and other employees.
