I took my 2014 civic as always for service. And this time after all the craziness going on with the corona virus it took me more than the usual to take my car do service. My Honda care protection expired on June right in the middle of the pandemic and unfortunately because of that my service advisor Franco told me that my car was not gonna be able to get checked under warranty from a rattling noise on the passenger side inside the engine bay. I explained the reason why I didn’t take my care before but he said there was nothing he could do. I totally understand his position but I just wish it could of been more flexible. Other than that Franco was very polite and respectful. Enough reasons to come back as always to this dealership
