Jason has been professional and took us in immediately knowing there was an issue with our vehicle. He was on top of calling us and keeping us informed of the status of the vehicle.

Travis had excellent customer service as always, this is the second time I’ve handled my car services with him and he is always great with communicating and has a great attitude.

When I pulled in to service I sat for a good 20 minutes before any acknowledged that I was there. A car pulled up beside me and after 5 minutes or so she was greeted and assisted. I expressed this to Ron, and his response was... maybe it’s because you’re driving a Chevy. I thought he was joking but he proceeded to ask if I purchased my car from Spreen, and mumbled... you bought a Chevy from a Honda dealer. My facial expression didn’t display a playful look so Im sure he could tell I was not amused. Once I was checked in I advised that I selected the option to shuttle home. He told me that my wait was approx an hour and half and that he could get me a ride home, but a return ride wasn’t possible. He then told me to wait in to lobby and that someone would call my name in a few. I sat there for 40 minutes. Once the gentleman who was to shuttle me called my name.. I asked how much longer would my car take. He went to inquire and advised about another hour. At that point I told him there was no use in me going home and that I may as well wait. Luckily I only waited another 25 minutes or so before my car was ready. Once I got the 2nd text to retrieve my keys I signed at the cashier and went outside but my car wasn’t there. A gentlemen asked if I needed help and I told him that I received notification and was sent to retrieve my car. He walked to the back and returned to tell me that they were drying my car after the wash and it would be right out. Once my car was brought out, it definitely wasn’t dried off. It was barely cleaned. Overall the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. No one was kind. I didn’t feel valued as a customer and the overall service was less than great. While I am the type of customer to express my concerns, I am also the type of customer to sing praises. It’s unfortunate that this wasn’t one of those times.
