Although Jason was very kind at first, when my dad asked him why we paid nearly $300 for a battery change he became rude and wasn’t able to give good responses or explanations. Yes my father was also very loud and disruptive but Jason couldn’t talk and just repeated “ok sir” “cool” and other statements. It was toxic and honestly a very awful experience. I don’t think I will return to corona Honda again.
