Andrew was perhaps the best service writer I have ever encountered anywhere. Although I was just there for recalls, he was so friendly and helpful, offering shuttle service, keeping me informed & making sure I had a good experience. I know this may sound like I’m exaggerating or overstating, but when we purchased our 2019 odyssey, we were very close to purchasing a Sienna from another dealership. We had weighed the pros and cons and it was a very close call to get the odyssey from you. My experience with Andrew left me with such a warm fuzzy feeling about Honda Of Corona in general that your dealership now has a big leg up over others for future vehicles we purchase. He was that awesome. I wish I could deal with service writers like him always. In fact, I usually avoid dealerships for maintenance or repairs because I don’t trust them. Andrew has me rethinking that. Please let him know how much I genuinely appreciated his bright-eyed enthusiasm and kindness on a Monday morning the day before elections in the midst of a pandemic.

Got their. Didn’t have an advisor come to me even though I was in front, instead went to car behind me and helped them instead. I waited about 15 minutes standing by my car and did not get helped until I went inside and ask if they were gonna help.
