Excellent work by Yonic Bello was very helpful with all my needs. The only thing that was not to my standard was the tech that works on my vehicle work seemed rush and not clean the first time I attempted to pick up my vehicle. Also tech had a incident where he accidentally dropped my transmission and my car was held longer then expected.

I came in and explained how dissatisfied I was with the car since the clock in the car has never worked and gps has its own days. The clock/gps still doesn’t work but now I came home and the sliding doors don’t open with the keys or even manually any more. I am not sure what and why is that but I live in Redlands and can’t be going back to corona anymore to get the sliding doors fixed. They said there are a recall and that they fixed it. The sliding doors were working just fine before I gave it for service. What happened after?? I took a day off to get it all done. Do I have to take another day off to fix the sliding doors now? This is so disappointing! As polite as my representative was, I would have appreciated if he would have checked everything before returning my car. -jigisha

Just to clarify my service B was done perfectly. I had another issue with my hatch door making a noise when lifting. I was hoping to have that addressed but was told to watch it and if it gets worse,that I have a 36000 mile warranty that I could use. This was unacceptable to me. I purchased this vehicle new and I'm still under the manufacturer warranty.
