Brad and his service team were great. They got the problem diagnosed properly and got the parts in as quickly as they could. My car was clean and serviced before they gave it back to me. I was very happy with the service provided.

I must admit that I usually am very unhappy with the service levels offered by others at your dealership but Brad really came through for this complicated service call and went above and beyond getting my steering wheel fixed and doing his best to assist me with getting paint chips repaired which unfortunately are not covered by the extra warranty I bought and could have been better disclosed at purchase. He even took my car to a body shop to get an estimate and arranged pick up and drop off of my car to me. A much better experience as I was really thinking of just getting another car as I was so frustrated. While Brad couldn’t resolve all issues - which were not his fault - he certainly tried and for that I am very satisfied. I would prefer I’m as my service coordinator going forward.
