I was supposed to get an oil change at the same time. But they forgot to do that. So now I have to make another trip out there which is far since I live in Kenosha.

I seriously think Libertyville has the best service department they are always completely accommodating and could not be nicer. I brought my car in very late with an issue because I got caught in traffic and they were able to do it and fix it and it’s very impressive. I always travel here to do my service and I always have been driving Acura‘s for quite some time at least 20 years. So I would give them a very high rating. In today’s world it’s pretty incredible.

The people were great! The service to my car was great! But I was a little disappointed that I topped off the gas tank on the rental and when I received my car it was literally running on fumes. It would have been nice to have gotten my car back with at least the same amount of gas that I left it with.
