I don’t appreciate the fact of waiting longer then I have to as we all have things to do in life
I noticed my car being done and waiting outside but nobody came to let me
Know it was ready
I went to the service drive twice and didn’t see the advisor
I went a third time and just waited there till this nice lady asked me if I needed help so I explained that my car was sitting outside for over 15 minutes
She then apologized and gave me my paperwork
Don’t know what happened but that wasn’t nice

I came in for my complimentary service for buying a certified pre-owned Acura TLX. I asked about doing the brake fluid as it has been 3 years and it would be part of the complimentary service. They said if the technician says it needs to be done it will be done. They said it didn't need to be done. But then I said in the owner's manual states Independent of the Maintenance Minder information, replace the brake fluid every 3 years. They said they would do it. I got my car back and the brake fluid does not appear changed as it is the same brown color it was prior to me bringing it in.
