Jose was wonderful! Very polite and explained everything very well. I brought my daughters car in because the check engine light came on. It turned out to be just a loose fuel cap, which I noticed later, is clearly written on the cap to turn it 3 clicks or the check engine light will go on. After seeing that, I really appreciate Jose not making feel like an idiot for bringing it in!

I can’t be more complimentary about my service experience. Kelli, Nick and the entire team made my unusual situation seamless. Short story is that I got a flat tire late on a Saturday and was leaving the next day for vacation. I would be returning the following Friday, hoping to get the work done that day. I called and explained my ideal scenario.
Everything was “Of course, we can do that, no problem.” Proof was waiting for me on my return. They gave me a 9am appointment, my towed TLX arrived around 8:15am, the tire was ordered and waiting, and I was out before noon. I was beyond appreciative and astonished. Never have I ever had a better customer service experience, and I can’t imagine any other dealer stepping up as they did.
On a 1-10 scale, I would find a way to submit an 11. You have raised the bar to new heights. Kudos to McGrath’s service team, and a company culture that believes in going above and beyond.
