Service team did a great job getting me a loaner even though I didn’t reserve a loaner. All were very friendly and easy to work with

We already left feedback with Nick. I believe we have had interaction with Jose before in the past, and our experience with him has been the same. He lacks customer service, he is rude, doesn’t care to listen. We’ve been coming to this location for maybe 15-20 years(?), longer than Nick has been there. Not ONCE have we ever complained about this kind of service, nor have we ever left this kind of feedback. We made an appointment over the phone, left my husbands number to call for follow up, also left his number on the service envelope, yet he leaves a message on my cell number “because that’s the number on the account.” Normally, wouldn’t be an issue, however, I was at work Saturday without access to my phone while my husband was waiting for service to call to pickup the car, then to find out after I was done at work Jose left a message saying they’re waiting for my approval before fixing. We had to make other arrangements to get my car that late since we had expected to have it done earlier as told. When I arrived and spoke with Jose to ask, all he offered was to change the number on the account, and said to complete my payment at the terminal by the wall. Never had I ever had to do that, so I had no idea what he was talking about. I went to figure it out on my own, and relayed my complaint to get to Nick. Jose needs to learn customer service skills, not come off arrogant, and how to apologize for not reading the service envelope information. I don’t enjoy leaving these kind of surveys or reviews, I’d rather not leave any at all. However, in my opinion, this situation needed attention.

I spent almost $2,000 with your dealership yesterday. You had my car for one week to fix. You ordered parts and put them and the car is still not shutting off. It acted up when coming home from the dealer last night. This morning, I could not get my car to turn off at work causing me to be late. I am very disappointed in your dealership. I have been a customer with you since 1996 non stop and I have been with Acura since 1996. It is the first time, I am thinking of purchasing a different brand car and starting with a new dealership. Since you have changed owners, the car dealership has changed dramatically in a downward spiral. I highly recommend that your car mechanics get new updated training. Please do not take advantage of people in a time of inflation. Thank you, Alana B

The service people are always responsive and helpful.

Jordan did a great job from the beginning of the process to the end. He even helped facilitate an introduction to the Used Car Manager to see if I could buy the loaner he provided. He went above and beyond.
