Jose demonstrated excellent customer focus from the start to the end of my service visit. He managed to squeeze me in for a problem diagnosis and resolution on what was a really busy Saturday for the Service Department, communicated with me fully and regularly throughout my visit, and had me out the door in less time than anticipated.
