Nick was great! Very thorough but practical which I always appreciate. I even watched him (literally) run over to open the door for an older woman who was leaving. It’s always great to see someone who truly cares about the human side of customer service. Nick is not only good at his job but also a great human being - which is a great combination!

I would focus on the cycle time of the service. There total time start to finish was beyond an hour and a half. I recall the previous owners touting express service times. I’ve got to believe that there are opportunities for improve by analyzing check in to start of service and service end to car wash.
