You would think that GMC service department is there to look out for the customer but looks like running the bill up is more important. They seem to be more like parts changes and not mechanics. Not at all fund of the over pricing on time just to make money. It hurts the customer. What happened to the customer is always right. We as customers still own the money that you need to keep your business going. We the people.

I was told there would be an hour and a half wait for an oil change and tire rotation I told them I would wait it was not Mr. Blair that told me that it took 3 1/2 hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated . I did text Mr. Blair after about two hours of waiting maybe 2 1/2 and ask where my truck was at never got a reply my salesman David Barton was concerned about how long I was waiting which I was trying to be understanding I did not ask for a free oil change or free tire rotation but the service manager that there would be no charge I feel like they did the right thing I also noted that particular day there was a lot of people waiting a very long timeThis is the first time over many years that anything like this has ever happened I still will recommend Everett
