I waited two hours for a scheduled oil change. Inquired about my wait time at 1:15 minutes in and they stated working on the paperwork. Waited 30 more minutes and finally went back up to the front desk and they politely stated, oh here this must be your paperwork. The staff has always been friendly and pleasant and they were, but a 2 hour oil change that is scheduled is unacceptable. Especially when we previously had free oil changes for life of purchase which was recanted within first year.
