Matt told me they could not rotate my tires due to needing new ones. I asked how much would new tires be. He told me he could get me in new tires for $133 each. Never mentioned all the additional fees that would be added. I called my husband and he was bringing me the money for 4 new tires at the price which was quoted to me. Then we were informed of all the additional fees.
Needless to say we did not purchase our new tires from there. Because of poor salesmen approach. When a servicemen is asked how much would something be. They need to be trained to be upfront & honest and quote a price for parts, & any additional fees.
We needed up purchasing tires from another dealer who clearly up front stated the price of the tire plus service & mounting fees plus the disposal fee for our old tires.

I brought my vehicle in today for an oil change. Once service was complete, I checked my oil level and the level was lower. I should not have to check behind your team to see if they are doing the service I'm paying you to do, but I do. I purchased my vehicle from Everett and I have all maintenance done through you. Just a few months back I experienced some issues with my motor and honestly I feel it was due to your tech not putting the proper amount of oil back into my vehicle. Going forward make sure your team is adding the proper amount of oil back into the customer's vehicle.
