Excellent service. I was told 45 minutes to an hour for the wait time when I arrived. I think it was done in 30 minutes or less. Faster than ordering pizza on a Friday night!

0 updates in the 8 days my vehicle was there. Monday - Drop off truck for Oil Change, Bluetooth Concern, and backup camera concern Tuesday- No communication Wednesday- No communication. I call to check and it hadn’t been looked at. I requested all weather mats be installed. I was told no problem they are $200 and we have them in stock. Thursday - No communication. I call and was told a module would have to be ordered and it would be a couple days Friday - No communication Monday - No communication. Tuesday- No communication. I call and ask and it was like he had never talked to me. Told me yet again a module was ordered and it wasn’t in yet. I told him I would just come get it and reschedule for the module replacement. I get a text 5-10 mins later that my vehicle miracled itself done. Also, I was told the all weather mats wouldn’t be in until Wednesday and I could leave it there or come get them the next day. I asked why, you told me they were in stock. He stated they must not have labeled them special order with my name and it was parts fault. When I arrive my paperwork was not ready and had to wait for that. I have bought two trucks from y’all and will likely continue due to the great sales experience but some basic communication would do wonders for service.

1. Called with a Service Parking Assist the Monday after I took possession of vehicle. Earliest they could book an appointment was 2 weeks I brought the vehicle yesterday morning. After not hearing anything on the status of this repair I called to check the status. I was told my vehicle had not been touched. What was the point in making me wait 2 weeks if the appointment means nothing?

Adam was great! He gave me two options for wiper blades, then installed them right there in the bay where my Yukon was parked. Didn't have to set in the waiting area for very long which was great I had time to go to the gym afterwards.

Everything was good. Enjoyed working with Seth.

Dad just wants to know if you u grease. The joints? Not sure the exact word. They took us in early & got out early. Thank you for your service
