I cannot say enough good things about Savannah. My vehicle was delivered by a tow truck but it did not get checked in. Once this was straightened out Savannah quickly got the vehicle through the service department and got it fixed. I know there were other employees involved in this however I do not know their names. So thank you to all that helped get our vehicle repaired.

The main reason I brought my SUV in for service was a rattle in the frame over the driver’s right shoulder. It took almost four weeks to finish the service ( partly because of the parts strike) and the rattle is still there. If whoever worked on the SUV test drove it afterwards they would have known they didn’t fix that problem. Now I have to drive back to Benton for a second repair attempt.
