Adam was excellent. He helped me with a service issue and when I came back 3 weeks later he remember my face and the issue that he helped with. Although the service was better than satisfactory, the time it took to complete the services was rather long for the simple services requested. I feel as though there was too long a time from entrance to finish for the services requested. It could have been more efficient.

I’m usually fully satisfied with my service. This time , even though my change irk filter light was on when I brought the truck in, it wasn’t changed. In the past, it has always been changed without me having to mention it. I didn’t notice it until after I had picked up the truck. Other than that, I was completely satisfied. Service was quick and my service guy was very nice.
