Cory did a excellent job. The young lady at the cash register where you pay and pick up your keys was very disrespectful. Her name was Mila or mia something like that and her focus was on the employee seating down behind the desk with her. No manners.

Due to the pandemic, there were noticeably fewer customers than normal, however it took 1 1/2 hours to service my truck. This seems like an unreasonable amount of time. If there were a valid reason, it would have been nice if someone would have told me.

I wish I understood what was done to fix the recalls. That’s partly my fault because I didn’t ask when I picked up my truck, near closing time (6 pm). But, the papers I received, in no way made it clear what was done. I don’t have any way of knowing that the root cause was fixed. This vehicle is very expensive....I expect a little more than leaving me wondering.
Overall, your people are impressive!! And I will gladly be back. I’m just a dammed engineer and needed a little more.
