Satisfied as usual, Dub and the team went above and beyond the call of duty. However I am a little bugged about the apparent ongoing fuel issues with the GMC Duramax, injectors, ECM, regulators, etc.

I have bought several vehicles from Everett and up till now have been very satisfied with the service department. Today my wife took our 2019 Denali pk in for a recall. Rather than being met by a service representative àt her door when she opened it, she was completely ignored by 3 young service reps (kids) who were standing near her vehicle. All 3 were texting on their phones. She went inside where she had to ask another service rep to help her, which he did. I have heard from another buyer of this problem but never experienced it until today. All those kids standing around but no one offered to help her. I am very disappointed.
