Did not get the correct service I wanted for my car and the advisor only brush me off without taking info on what I needed for my car. To top it off I couldn’t wait in the waiting area they told me they would have it at the end of the day and they only took 3 hours idk what was the big deal me waiting I did not mind at all if I know how long it takes I was in no hurry but it seemed like they where very unprofessional they just gave me an envelope and told me to put my keys

I was really glad I got an appointment with Herman considering I called one day prior. I got my car checked in and a few hours later the issue had been corrected plus Norman (my Kicks got a wash) :)
Herman has been my go to for my car issues for a few years now. I even told my daughter to ask for him when she gets her car serviced. He is professional, informative and kind. He sees little things in your car that you might not notice and let’s you know or has it taken care of. Thank you Herman! You’re awesome!
