Juan was fine at his job but the company policy on appointment definition should be made clear. I think the time of my Appointment should mean what time the maintenance bay is open for my vehicle.

David was awesome. My only complaint is that I arrived to my appt early and no one could check me in to my appt as David was at lunch. I didn’t see David until about 1:50pm. My car was finally ready to go at 3:30. David’s service was great, but don’t appreciate the lack of teamwork and no one stepping up for him.
