This was the third time I took my car for help with starting my car, they made me change the batteries in my car keys, even call a tow truck, making me believe it was because I left the lights on or the air conditioning. caused my car not to start, when I just needed to change the battery and they did not diagnose that the first time I went, this last time I went they did not believe that my car was bad until it did not start again, they made me feel insecure when driving my car, I hope you prepare your team better

I took in my car for an oil change 7/29 and told the gentlemen I been having to jumpstart the car, so there might be something wrong with the battery and asked if it still had warranty, he said yes. So once the car is done they say everything passed, I asked about the battery and he says it passed so it’s ok. Come this morning 7/30 and the car does not start again. I call and was able to bring it in but very inconvenient I have things to do today, when this could have been fixed yesterday.
