Why, I’m sure once I say it you know what I’m talking about and why isn’t it given to everyone??? It’s on a public page. Disappointing once again by Fontana Nissan. Just not same dealership as it was back in 2015.

I was informed when I arrived, they were short a tech and the service would be about an hour and a half. After sitting there for two hours unnoticed my truck sitting in the lot. I ask regarding and was told that I would be next. What I wasn’t happy about was that no one came and said anything to me. I had to inquire. Not only did the service take longer than an hour and a half it took about 4 hours to complete an oil change. The only person who apologized was the shuttle driver. This is the reason I don’t take my vehicles to Fontana Nissan for service.
