I was use to my regular Service Advisor Anthony and when I called in for him, I found that he was no longer working there...so I got a little uptight. But as soon as I got to Fontana Nissan, Herman greeted me on the Service Drive and was super helpful and friendly from beginning to end, I am pleased to have him as my Service Advisor ????.

My first in counter with your Service Department was about two months after my wife and I purchased the Nissan Rouge for her. I ran over something on the 15 freeway that cause my tire to wear out due to ridding on the rim. Juan Melendez explained the problem and ordered us a tire, we figured keep it in the family you know. No issues since then on the tires. David Pisani assisted me when our Rouge was due for the first oil change. He was very courtious, professional and made me feel at ease. Needles to say he and your staff did it again today. On just one phone call at 9:00 am. from my wife she schedule an appointment at 11:00 am. Who does that? You do. We move out from the Palmdale Lancaster area we called home for 30 years. We’ve been in Fontana for a year now and can call Nissan and Fontana (Rosena Ranch) Home ! Thank your excellent staff from the Zamora’s.

I bought my car with you guys, I have been taking it there for service, I ask for a free car rotation, he denied it firmly. I ask him if spend a lot of money with Nissan and your telling me that I can't get a free tire rotation? He said yes. So I told him AMERICAN TIRED does it for free and I don't even buy anything from them, he said OK so I said OK I will take it there. He said Ok..
