I had sent an email today about my service. Customer service wise everyone was helpful and nice.
Yet it took over 3 hours to do a oil change, I had asked them to do a more detailed wash (which I stated I was completely ok with paying for) and it came back as if someone rinsed it off with a hose and still had dirt smugges. (They did not charge me for a wash though) and it smelt as of someone was smoking in or near my truck with the windows down. Which is frustrating considering it is a brand new truck. I also had asked for them to buff out some scratches on the truck and they quoted me $225 which I am ok with paying and I figured that’s why the service was taking longer, but was told it had to be brought back a different day. Not a huge issue just seemed like lack of care/attention to detail were takin today.
