I would like to add that David Pisani made it his concern to make sure I had a ride to and from the dealer to retrieve my car even after the last courtesy shuttle was due to be done for the day. No one, since I had received service there in the prior years had done that for me. I love how he provides excellent Customer Service and thats why I continue to return to this location specificly. Dave helped me in service and he was great and helped me and called me and explained everything to me he was amazing and I will request him everytime. I didn't get off work until 8:00 p.m. so Dave said he would set it up for a late pickup. I paid him over the phone in the amount of $340.59. Everything was great I had a relative come pick me up from work and bring me to the dealership and I got to the dealership at approximately 8:17 p.m. and spoke to a saleswoman who could not find my keys or my receipt. She then tells me she cannot find it and looks at me like she would like me to come back tomorrow. She actually wanted me to leave the car there and come back tomorrow. So I asked her if she would like me to spend the night at the dealership and she laughed but I don't think it was very funny. So about 10 to 12 minutes later she finds my keys and my paperwork and brings it over to a sales manager by the name of Javier who tells her to come back to me and ask me if I have proof of payment and because I paid over the phone I do not have proof of payment so he continues to sit at his desk he doesn't even have the decency to stand up and explain to me what is going on I wait for about 15 more minutes and then I finally walk over to his office and show him my credit Curt statement which proves I paid the amount he still sits down on his chair doesn't bother to stand up wasn't apologetic and could really care less about me or my vehicle. This goes to prove that once the car is sold to you they don't care anymore they don't care if you're happy they don't care if you're getting the service you should they only care about selling you the car and getting their commission. It's pretty sad you have a sales manager who can't even get off his seat to explain to your customer who pays almost $600 a month for the vehicle she is driving he won't even get out of his seat To let me know he is just trying to find proof of purchase and he will be right with me. Do you guys not have a computer where it shows that a customer has paid or has not paid? It is now 859 and I just got my car! If it wasn't for Dave I would never ever ever come back to this dealership or purchase another car from this dealership.
