I brought my vehicle in for a recall. I also had a complaint of lack of power, and my speakers sound like they are busted. Findings for the speakers is that my 3rd party warranty does not cover it. For the power issue, there was an update done to the TCM. Why was I not notified that a reprogramming was required??? Also, the report stated the the transmission had low viscosity from fluid. I had my transmission serviced in March of 2020 - less than 2000 miles driven since! I pretty sure no one even checked the oil! Very unsatisfied with my experience!!!
