Drop off and pick up was outstanding. I requested a quote on tires, when I dropped off vehicle. Andy called with quote. I asked him to put quote with paper work when I picked up my vehicle, he said he would. Ten minutes later I had a change of mind and tried calling Andy back to have the tires and other suggested maintenance completed. I was never able to speak with a salesperson. I made three successive telephone calls, leaving messages for Andy to call , so I could authorize the tire installation and additional work. Upon receiving pick up text, I gave up on the tires and work. When I picked up my vehicle I was promptly checked out. No quote for the tires, or mention of the additional work was discussed with me. I asked if there was quote for the tires, I was told no, but an appointment could me made to complete the work. Must admit, I was frustrated and my vehicle was ready to drive off, so I did. I have been using your dealership since I purchased my vehicle there. I’m thinking of going to my mechanic who services my other vehicles, he seems to want my business. Maybe it was just a bad day for your salespersons, since most past visits have been positive.

I was told that if they could not fix my car I shouldn't have to pay the Diagnostics they ran a Diagnostics they know what was wrong but they wanted to charge me extra or just no service saying that it takes longer f****** the track it down I don't think that was right so I ask for my car back they charge you for one thing and then expect to pay more for a longer service time
