The wait time was insane! I had an apt and that seemed to make the wait even longer. I had an apt at 10 didn’t get help until 10:40 and wasn’t out of there until 1:30. Never again.

I had a 8:45 appointment i didn't get out until 11:25 it took 2hr 45min for a oil change with a appointment I was told that 1 person is scheduled for tue and Wednesday that is unacceptable I asked to speak with someone who cares i was told nobody was there that cared that I could talk to he was off today that was the answer I got that's my 3rd oil change there every time its been over 2 hours that will be my last time going there

This is especially important to me since I live alone and only have one vehicle at my disposal.
