Andy was great he communicated with me throughout the process and allowed me to pick up my vehicle late which was convenient for me . Great job Andy Fonseca. I was unsatisfied with Danny he didnt schedule my appointment or relay any of my messages.

I took my car in for a regular oil change and get my right front blinker light bulb replaced. When I picked up my car, I was under the impression that it was completed; It was not. Instead I was told I had to pay for a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation that I did not ask for and my light bulb was not fixed. I am dissatisfied with the service I was given. At arriving to the service department I was told that a representative would be contacting me in regards to the service plan that I purchased. Twice I asked about my plan and was told in a minute he would come see me. That minute turned into an hour. I was finally assisted by Andy who very willingly advised me about getting my car serviced. Quickly he hit my car served and oil change completed. Unfortunately o was not able to wait for my car to get washed as getting it stared was delayed. I’d it had not been for Andy I am sure that it would have been longer to get my job completed.
