While my vehicle was there Bob was in constant contact with me. It’s frustrating enough under normal circumstance when you have to constantly contact your advisor for status updates, so I was particularly impressed by this. I recognize there is high demand for the service department right now and that the staff is under a lot of pressure, so I especially appreciated the communication.
