That’s last time I brought my vehicle in for service it was a pain in the neck and then everybody lost all the information and I took it to Nissan so they could start the process because I have MPP and I needed to get a part replaced and it was a headache he would’ve been cheaper for me to spend $350 at Nissan to not waste my time but because I have MPP if I take it to the dealership then I don’t have a deductible they should just transfer my MPP to be pinnacle Nissan and not airpark!

I think the dealership should foot the bill of my service as it was never explained to me that i would b paying for it. I was under the understanding that all parts of the service were covered in my prepaid services. While the service cost was on the estimate that i initialed i was never told that if i choose to do them i would be paying for it.
