I like the staff and love my new truck. Just need to make the communications better when the truck is on site for work/service. Got a call at 0723 and then not until after I called several times with different people and the New Truck Manager did I get a call at 1650. I should have gotten feed back by noon at the latest. Paint touch up was atrocious, loaner died on me and I was never reimbursed for the Uber I had to take to pick up my truck. I hope my truck has 0 issues for the next 60k miles so I don’t have to get anything done under warranty because grapevine Ford is trash. Won’t ever buy a car from there no matter what deals are going on

Good service. However, 2.5 hours to fix the hood latch is excessive in my opinion. My thoughts are that this work is unpaid so it is put at the bottom of the priority. I did have an appointment. And it has nothing to do with Mr Fuentes quality of service.
