It would be appreciated if suggested repairs are done on a select basis over time rather than “here are all your repairs and maintenance as reviewed on your 60,000 mile check list by Lexus.” That would spread out the costs rather than a large single payment.

When I was driving I noticed my right mirror was folded in and against my window. When I got out of my car to check the mirror, the inside mirror itself is now broken and won’t adjust at all and is falling out. On top of that, there is a scratch on the rear right side of my car and this was not reported to me. Neither of these were an issue before I took my car in- I hand washed it myself inside and out the night before I took it in, so I would have asked for this to be fixed during this visit if I knew about it.

Vicki and Damon were very helpful in troubleshooting non-working front turn signals in our 2019 Rubicon, purchased used from Airpark Jeep. The vehicle was Certified Pre Owned CPO, but it appears it was not checked very closely before we purchased it and left the sales lot. A replacement part has been backordered to permanently fix the defective front turn signals. Damon noticed the floor plugs were missing and replaced those right away.. We also just noticed the tool kit for the top was missing.
