service center is so backed up. Why is it I can only schedule time with the service rep and not a TECH directly when we knew the exact part that needed to be replaced? Your scheduling system needs major improvement. Our Transmission is hard shifting gears very frequently. Transmission guy drove it around the block and could not reproduce the problem. I can't leave my neighborhood without noticing it.

Your dealership is horrible. It should never take 3+ hours for a simple oil change. I won’t be coming back it’s absolutely ridiculous how your service department runs. My oil change prior to this attempt was over 6 hours. There is no reason for it. I took my vehicle to Sands and had the oil change and 15000 mile maintenance done in less then three hours.
